SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY

Thailand standard shipping
US$3 per order below US$290; free standard shipping on orders of US$290 or more. Carrier delivery estimate: 1–3 days after dispatch. Allow 2–3 working days for handling once the item is ready; the combined estimate is 3–6 days, excluding pre-order preparation.

International standard shipping
US$50 per order below US$550; free standard shipping on orders of US$550 or more, for destinations supported at checkout. Carrier delivery estimate: 5–10 working days after dispatch. Allow 2–3 working days for handling once ready; the combined estimate is 7–13 working days, excluding pre-order preparation. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Pre-orders: confirm before payment
All catalogue items are available by pre-order. There is no universal ready-to-ship date. Delivery estimates begin after preparation and dispatch; they do not include sourcing or production time.

Tracking and delivery support
We provide tracking after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs clearance and local conditions may affect delivery. Contact us promptly about a delay, loss or arrival damage so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Checkout and returns
Prices and shipping charges are displayed in US dollars. Check the available delivery options and final charges for your address before payment. Store pickup or local delivery, where offered at checkout, must be arranged with the shop after the pre-order is ready.
