Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. Please contact Vicky Burmese Amber & Gems Co., Ltd. to arrange a return and receive the return instructions before sending your item.
When does the 14-day return period start?
Request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery, starting the day after the carrier confirms delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending the item; dispatch an approved return within 14 calendar days after receiving our return instructions.
What condition must the item be in?
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with original packaging, tags, accessories and any certificates supplied. Careful inspection is allowed. The customer pays tracked return shipping and appropriate insurance. No restocking fee applies. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
Who pays for incorrect or defective returns?
If we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged or defective, or it is confirmed to be inauthentic, we cover reasonable agreed return shipping and refund the affected item and its original delivery charge, or arrange a replacement at your choice. Contact us before booking return shipping and include photographs or supporting information.
When will my refund be issued?
We issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Inspection is included in this 7-day period. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Pre-orders, custom items and warranty
Standard catalog pre-orders follow this return policy. Personally engraved, resized or bespoke items made to agreed specifications are excluded from change-of-mind returns only when that exception was disclosed and agreed before payment; rights for incorrect, defective or misdescribed goods remain. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights and is separate from our one-year jewelry warranty.
