Return Policy
Request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery, starting the day after the carrier confirms delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending the item; dispatch an approved return within 14 calendar days after receiving our return instructions.
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with original packaging, tags, accessories and any certificates supplied. Careful inspection is allowed. The customer pays tracked return shipping and appropriate insurance. No restocking fee applies. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
If we sent the wrong item, it arrived damaged or defective, or it is confirmed to be inauthentic, we cover reasonable agreed return shipping and refund the affected item and its original delivery charge, or arrange a replacement at your choice. Personally engraved, resized or bespoke items made to agreed specifications are excluded from change-of-mind returns only when that exception was disclosed and agreed before payment; rights for incorrect, defective or misdescribed goods remain.
